About the Role:

We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong understanding of Web3 technology and blockchain systems. In this role, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including smart contract developers, front-end and back-end engineers, to manage and deliver innovative, industry-shaping products and protocols.

Responsibilities

Translate the founder's vision into actionable product plans.

Utilize your technical expertise and understanding of our business objectives to influence decision-making processes and determine optimal courses of action.

Foster cross-functional collaboration and establish efficient work streams across different teams.

Promote open communication and provide constructive feedback to ensure alignment and progress.

Define, own, and refine engineering and delivery processes to ensure high-quality outputs, accelerate execution, and minimize risks.

Lead ideation sessions and support complex technical product scopes through independent research and collaboration.

Ensure all product outputs meet quality standards and project deadlines.

Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions promptly.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication of project status, challenges, and milestones.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for process enhancements and implementing best practices.

Lets Connect if You Have:

A strong technical background with 4+ years of project management experience.

Demonstrated experience in collaborating with highly technical engineering teams to drive product roadmap implementations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions.

Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in crypto software development and a passion for Decentralized Finance (DeFi).

A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to adapt and learn in a dynamic field.
